This is good. It really improves cardio. I live back on the west coast now, so I go to the pool when the weather's warm and do some laps. It'd be really nice to work it into my regular routine.

Like I said, though, if you are training to be fighter (or any kind of athlete) you should not be doing that much weight training. Work in more cardio, like sparring nd heavybag work.
