Eh, games are too serious these days. Outside of Nintendo most big game franchises take themselves way too seriously. I get excited when a game tries something new and refreshing, and SR4 looks like it's just there to make you have fun rather than beat you over the head with "look how serious our game is, it's like a movie!".
I'm not complaining it took a weird route. I don't think I would have gotten Saints Row 3 otherwise. I just thought it was funny that they did take a weird route like this considering the subject matter in the first 2 games.
I'm not sure what to think of Saints Row 4 right now. So far I'm a little disappointed. I thought they were going to do a little more with the whole being President angle. Instead were...spoilers...
You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam
