when i do bag work, i use alot of power, especially from my right hand (crosses)...usually, i extend my right arm as far as i can when i punch the bag, so i guess im punching THROUGH the bag, to get maximum power..could this be why im getting joint pain on my elbow?
atm, it only hurts slightly when i snap it forward, but ideally, i want there to be no pain :/
