Alright, so school just let out for me and I don't go back until September 7th. My goal is to drop at least 30 lbs before school starts up again. Right now I weight around 240. I work-out in my house with a bench and a bag and a elliptical machine. But I just need some diet tips. For instance, what do you guys do when you get hungry late at night and you want to eat something but you don't know what to eat? And what should my eating pattern be? I'm really confused and I really want to reach my goal, any help is appreciated.
