BJJ 2x Classes
Technique was a half guard pass by back stepping over, then stepping over to 3/4 mount. Sprawl to flatten out their legs and pass, or stay in 3/4 and ezekiel. Advanced class technique was entry to deep half and a sweep. I've never used deep half but for the first time got a good feel for the entry at least. Guard passes and rolling. Felt tired and clunky, muscles tired from lifting and just wasn't in a bjj mindset today.
