If youre looking for an energy boost and to not gain much weight (under 5lb) a creatine with caffeine is what you would want to stack a protein shake with. Dont go for shakes alot of sugars and calories if youre looking to keep your weight within a tight amount. I would recommend getting some monohydrate creatine and adding a scoop (maybe 2 max) into it.
If youre thinking or have already ordered/bought the noxcg3 im sure theyll recommend you use it before working out and maybe after. Tell me how you like the product, Ive looked into it but havent found out much.
