Their has been debate on mono and cee creatine. From my personal experience and alot of other supplement users, mono gives you the bloated look and a decent amount of water retention. Also with the mono they suggest you do a load cycle with it. I think it is a waste to do a "load cycle". While the cee ( creatine ethyl ester) you dont have to load and it doesnt give you the bloated feeling. I would try either BSN CELLMASS or Controlled labs greenbulge. they are both cee creatine. Also if your looking for a pre-workout supplment i would go with BSN NO-explode. Believe the hype of this product. It worked excellent for me. And Whey protien obvouisly. Hope that helps you some.
