Ab Circuit
Hanging Knee Raises 15,15
Reverse Crunch 15,15
Cable Crunch 8,8@105lbs

Feeling strong today. My phone said I failed on 175 bench on the last set, but my log says differently. Repeated 175 anyway. Did the cable crunches on a different machine and for some reason it was ridiculously harder at 105lbs than my normal one is at 165.
