Thanks EZ, I think it definitely falls into the "dangerously low calorie diet" category. Light-headed, lack of concentration, difficulty keeping down anything more than my usual serving size.
Wasn't until I had a week off with my partner and she saw just how little I have in the space of a week, before that she's only seen the odd meal here and there...
...change needed me thinks.
