Is it worth doing two classes in one day or is that overtraining? By two class I mean doing the second Muay Thai class immediately after my first one? That way I can do the heavy bag instead of pads.
All depends on you tbh. It's rough on people that aren't used to that type of training and can lead to being pretty sore in the morning, but I used to go from Muay Thai class right into a BJJ class.
