benji has a little shameless behaviour in the past
take your body wieght then multiply it by 15.. that will show roughly your maintence level in calories... if you want to lose weight subtract 500...example: i weigh 170x15= 2550, then i subtract 500, so im takin in about 2000 calories a day. that is below maintence level and your body will need somethin to burn, so it will burn some fat... eat roughly 6 small meals a day. eat every 3 hours.... some good foods include: eggs, whole wheat bread, chicken salad, chicken breasts, and lean meat etc.... stop eatting a few hours before you go to bed... another big thing is make sure your getting about a gram of protien per pound you weigh.... drink plenty of water (roughly a gallon a day) if you can, excersice right when you wake up before eating breakfast. when you wake up their is less glucose and glycogen in your body, so you will burn the fat so to speak quicker... thats all i really got for ya...good luck...
