I apologize, apparently my post appeared to support that Hendricks could follow Serra's gameplan to win. I merely was showing how the common held belief that "Serra got lucky" was wrong.
I think Hendricks stands a solid shot of beating GSP, but it all depends on his ability to stop GSPs shot. If he can't do that then his bombs don't matter, his fight with Alves proved that.
