Sherk has an impressive resume, only loses are to GSP and Hughes. Holds wins over Nick Diaz, Manny Gamburyan, and Karo. Franca is no GSP, no Hughes, no Diaz, and isn't Armenian , that's why no one is giving a real chance to Franca.
