Questions From A Newbie
So I've started to take BJJ from a guy from my church (actually my Sunday school teacher). Anyways I am about 6'2 240lbs. I can stand to lose some weight and I want to become stronger. I'm already a big guy...not like fight just structurally big (common known as big boned) I do the normal sit ups and push ups cause i don't want to add more mass.
I guess the question i have is just what type of diet (supplements, vitamins, etc.) Also I know to become stronger it is reps not weight but what other exercises would help strength not mass. I'm looking for a maybe 20lb loss what would be the most healthy not necessarily quickest.
