Help With Pull Ups
Well i don't know if there has been any topics made about this (but i;m sure they're has been). But i'v been trying unsuccesfully for the past week with doing a single pullup. What i;m asking is if someone could tell me how to ease my way into doing them? closegrip/wide grip etc. Is there some variation i could do of the diff type of pullups that would eventually lead me into doing a full pull up? all help is appreciated.
