1 g per pound would be the low end of what is suggested, 1.5 is the high end. 2 is too much.
I'm gonna stick to what has worked for me, drink lots of milk and do lots of squats = mass gain.
However, I am eating a large amount of carbs aswell. I aint one of those eattheburger and throw away the bun fools.
