Not really a diet I suppose. More just not eating garbage food and portion controlling. I don't really have a lot of restrictions outside of things like no fast food/pizza/soda etc... and not loading my plate and going back for more.
Best king of diet imo. People go overboard and eat lettuce for an entire week, then give up straight away. No real point in going on a full diet, may as well just cut out any sht in the middle.
