No point incorperating deadlifts into your workout just hurts you in the long run with back pain. Focus on good grip and arm strength your legs will always be strong enough to support somebody who is 400 ibs. Personally I think grip is more important than arm strength and both of those are more important than leg strength.
i think ill disregard that suggestion, for the reasons of your name "(boxing>mma)" and i dont think arm strength and good grip is valued more than leg strength when it comes to the takedown
