Chin Ups 5,5,5,5,5@b/w+2.5lbs


Today:
Pushup Burpees (5xrounds, 3mins on 1min off)
1 -29
2 -23
3 -24
4 -22
5 -22
Total-120

+6 on last one. Oh man I got the noodle legs from that one.
