Well from my experience just spend your money wisely in the supplement market a alot of companies give promises but dont deliver on them.
If you wanna be like a 20st muscle freak you gotta eat like him, get me? all the protein shakes in the world and supp's may aid your workouts but wont indefinitely give you size.. its your calorie intake and how many meals your eating per day... usual person has 3... up it to six.. usual person has 1200calories per day, up it to 2400 per day...
