Just get there over an hour early. Let your waitress know when she seats you too, it will help them out. Basically you go there and act like a normal patron, nothing special.

Be nice to those girls though, while Hooters typically makes more money on nights like those the waitresses don't because 2-4 people will hold up a table for 3+ hours and their tip doesn't go up much after the first hour.
