Diet help :)
Hey, I’m 15 years old and I have been taking MMA three times a week for the past 5 months. I thoroughly enthused and want to do everything I can to work up to being able to fight at a competitive level. The determination is there, even though I know it will be a hard and long journey. Currently I am 130lbs and stand roughly 5'11. Its not that I don’t eat, I just have an incredibly high metabolism and gaining weight feels impossible. So I was wondering if any of you had the same problem and found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
