You can look into a weight gainer but most importantly start eating denser food with more than just refined sugars. try to get your diet around 20-25% protein.

A weight gainer will really help get you some extra protein, another thing is your pre and post workout meals should be quality foods with good proteins and lots of carbs in a 2:1 ratio
