I was amusing (for better or worse) that uploads/poster were the same. That obviously may be wrong.
It's still a chance for a DMCA notice though. And if MMAforum had links to copyrighted material, they'd have to pull the threads or risk being sued themselves for contributatory (sp) infringment.
I have no knowledge of weather this is the case. It's just a guess.
