Which weight class?
Hi, i currently weigh about 145-150 (fluctuating) 5"6. i want to fight at 155 but i would have to put in the work of eating more and lifting.
OR i could not cut much weight and just fight at 145...
OR i could cut down to 135 and gain a good size advantage for myself.
What are your opinions? Is cutting weight worth the advantage of being bigger than your opponent come fight time? If i decide to fight at 145 or 155 then should i at least be 5lbs over the weight limit or what?
