keep in mind, that emphasis on legs and kicking increases core strength and cardio which would definitely be an advantage in a street fight for example.
I agree with some but I'm going to respectfully disagree about "cardio in a street fight".
By no means am I saying having no wind is goiod, but street fights don't last long at all.
