alright this came from bjj buy's little thing it inspired me to make this

Age:14 Height: 5'11

Date: 07/20/07

Current Weight: 185
Food & Drinks: frozen dinner 300 cal
cereal 120 cal
some chinese takeout (dont worry i didnt eat much although ill count it as about 1000 cal)
a couple bottles of propel water 20 cal
Total Calories Gained: about 1450

Exercises:usual bjj warm up
50 jumping jacks
25 pushups
25 situps

-today i kinda relaxed and let loose a bit with the chinese

-for my dimensions do you guys think i should have a little bit of a gut and man bbobs(lol)

-i need some ideas for cardio besides running every once in a while i will run for like a couple days in a row and get tired of, so yeah if you guys could recommend some cardio workouts that dont contain the usual running plz share

thx guys and give me any tips if im doin somethin worng
