Bananas are good especially post workout because they contain a lot of potassium and caloires which is good for healing and recovery.

Oatmeal is good (maple brown sugar, apple cinnamon)

I also mix Cytocarb 2 in my shake (100% complex carbs) which is also good for recovery (BTW Cytocarb is extremely cheap, $10)

I also have a bottle of flaxeed oil which I mix in too (about 2 tablespoons)
