Try browsing the forums a bit man, there's a million threads on this same subject and a million responses. It's getting annoying seeing the same threads over and over and over, take 15 minutes and look through everything before just posting a thread. Here's some things you can do for cardio though:
1) RUN, make sure you're mixing it up between long distance and sprints. Also try to do some incline running as well
2) Skip Rope
3) Swim
4) Grapple/Wrestle
5) Box
