Ok heres the deal I go to mma 3 days a week because thats all he is doing his mma program for right now. Its the only place doing mma in my area as well. I just started and want to fight in about six months or so. Does anyone have a workout routine I can do at home? Right now I run and do ab workouts and things like that. Also I dont have a bag yet but am looking to get but dont have a lot of money to spend on one does anyone have one or know of where to look for a cheap bag? Thanks for any advice.
