Xeberus Training/Diet Log

August 10, 2007

Workout:

5 minutes doing Combinations on the heavy bag.

benchpress 150lbs x 10 3 sets

4 laps at the park (1.5mile laps)

standard arm curls 30 with each arm (12lbs)

Food/Water:
1 x 60g protein shake = 60g protein 310cal 2g fat
1 x peanut butter sandwich = 24g protein 600cal 35g fat
1 x 12ounce glass of milk = 8g protein 80cal 0g fat
4 x Liter of water

+ whatever i have for supper
