vergil has a little shameless behaviour in the past
i like both fighters but i think this will be a good example where brains will triumph over muscles aka henderson will beat rampage...as much as i like rampage, i honestly think he has a brick in his head and to beat a nasty lil' clever fighter like dan, you need to have something more than strength, staredowns and insane fists.

however, this fight is not only quinton vs dan- it's ufc vs pride as well. now here are the facts- ufc is expanding, pride's not. most mma fans (especially those who are not from the usa-sorry) will tell you 'pride fighters are better than ufc guys'- this is a well known rumour (even arlowski was aware of that in one of his interviews). further on, there is a good chance that new, potential mma fans will choose pride over ufc as an introduction to the sport (if they're not from the states) and so on and on. my point is- sport is buissness and the ufc is trying to expand- ufc champs victory over a pride champion would be extremley important to ufc- in one way it would mean (at least to some people) that 'ufc is better than pride', ufc would get new fans(that means more money)and so on. it would be a chain reaction from which ufc would profit, without doubt. and since dana white is a buissnessman (and a good one, no matter what you may think of him), i wouldn't be surprised if dan won't be 'feeling allright' on the fight day- if you know what i mean. don't get me wrong, i don't think mma is a don king sport, but the interest is growing, more and more money is involved in the game and everything is possible. and to be honest with you i really dont see how henerson would lose a fair fight against rampage. leaving this fight to the fighters is too risky for any hungry manager in the ufc camp...

don't criticize me too much, i'm aware i'm out of line here and my ideas are over the top but this idea was sparked off by recent scandals in the world's biggest sport(by far)-soccer. you just can't believe what going on behind the scenes.

anyay, dan wins!
