10AM-Cardio
-1 mile run down at the track

5PM-Push Day

Dips!:

CG Bench Press:
120x1x4(tri's friedd)

Then did some various ab work. Today was kind of weak but I was focusing on bench and my new dip belt mainly Will go back to focusing on Push Press/OHP more next week

Meal #1
Large bagel w/ cream cheese
1/2 avocado
1 scoop casein protein in 8 oz milk
Meal #2
1 banana
1 peanut butter tigers milk
Meal #3
Turkey sandwich w/ provolone cheese, white bread(:-/), little mayo, little mustard
7 raspberries
5 baby tomatoes
1 nectarine
PreWorkout
1 scoop Xtend in water
1 scoop Creatine in water
PostWorkout
2 scoops Xtend in water
1 scoop whey protein in 8 oz milk
Meal #4
2 pieces pepporoni pizza
2 pieces crazy bread
6 beers
