swimming is my fav form of cardio uses almost all you muscles and gets thoes tiney ones treading water is also a good exersise for the legs try to keep shoulders out of the water with hands up.

when i do this i hurt like mad the next day even if i work my legs out 3 days a week. it hits all thoes little small muscles and has a constant motion.
