i started on tuesday at an mma gym near me.
we did an hours boxing, then an hours muay thai.
we drilled thai low kicks to the thigh using strike shields, my legs are still sore now (sat) and still quite bruised.
the kicks didnt hurt that bad at the time, i think my sparring partner will be sorer than me anyway ;p
