1/4 place of salad w/ chicken
1 bowl of clam chowder soup
1 slice of indian grain bread
2 handfuls of grapes
Little bit of pudding

Warmup-3 minutes jump rope
Shadowboxing w/ 5lb dumbells:
-10 left jabs, 10 right jabs(southpaw)
-10 right crosses, 10 left crosses(SP)
-10 1-2's, 10 1-2's(SP)
HeavyBag:
-High jab, 1-2, 1-2-3(to body) x 10
-30 sec break
-Repeat southpaw
-30 sec break
-Double jab, right straight to body, left hook to head x 10
-30 sec break
-Repeat southpaw
-30 sec break
-Left jab, right hook, left hook x 10
-Repeat southpaw
Cooldown: 3 minute jumprope
