Meal #1
Small bagel w/ cream cheese
Casein protein shake in 8 oz of milk
Meal #2
1 can of tuna with little bit of:
-mayo, mustard, reslish
-2 slices white whole grain bread
1 banana, 1 full avocado
Meal #3
1/2 a Cabo Chicken Salad
1 slice of cake
2 oatmeal rasin cookies
Meal #4
Turkey sandwich on wheat w/ tomates, lettuce
Side of fries
Diet Pepsi
Today was an unhealthy day
