8PM-Bjj with Brother
Me and my little brother did some jits tonight, I wore a Gi and he went No gi.
Round 1(5 minutes)-Full guard
My brother was in my full guard and tried to break mine and pass. He ended up passing probably 2 or 3 times and I submitted him probably 2 or 3 times.

Round 2(5 minutes)-Guard pass
I was in my brother's full guard and worked on passing. Passed his guard almost every time.

Round 3(5 minutes)-Back mount defense
Started in my bro's back mount, tried to work to full guard. He submitted me probably 10 times(RNC) in 5 minutes. I defended the choke pretty well and worked into full guard probably 2-3 times.

Round 4(5 minutes)-Full Mount defense
Started in bro's full mount. Got out of his mount a lot of times, never got submitted.
Meal #1
-1 bagel
-2 scoops tetrabolic shake in 8 oz milk
Meal #2
6 inch turkey on wheat w/
-avocado, tomato, lettuce
PreWorkout
1 scoop Xtend in water
1 scoop Creatine in water
Post Workout
1 scoop whey protein w/ 8 oz milk
2 scoop Xtend in water
2 whole hard-boiled eggs
Meal #3
2 large pieces of chicken breast
Handful of grilled mushrooms
Handful or so of pineapple and banana slices
2 pieces of squash with pepper/butter
Meal #4
Carne Asada burrito w/ cheese+potatoes(yum)
1 can of diet pepsi
