a) Really depends on how far. You shouldn't run on an empty stomach but if you only run a mile or so it wont hurt too much.
b) Again really depends on how far and what you eat during the day. You will lose water weight as you sweat but you will only lose body weight if you run far/hard enough to burn those calories.
c) Punching power is more hip rotation than anything. Lifting weights certainly doesnt lower your power or all boxers would be featherweights.
d) Same as (c) really, as long as you keep hitting that speedbag/heavybag with proper form you will be fine.
e) To a certain degree yes. You can do clap/weighted pushups, weighted pullups and weighted situps. But eventually it will plateau. To add muscle you need to lift heavy things, eventually your body will adapt to your body weight and it will not grow any bigger unless you add more weight.
for question (b) how bout this 1hour before i run il eat some eggs and i drink some milk for proteins. is that enough because i usually run bout 3km. and by running will i only improve stamina or will i improve more things like speed? sorry again for the stupid questions and thanks for helping me i really apreaciate it thanks!

k thanks honra youre da best! and 2 last question. should i eat 1hr before workingout or more? 2nd. should i eat even before i do some situps and pushups. because everyday i do 200 situps and 100 pushups every 1 minute i do 20 situps and 10 pushups till i do 100 pushups and 200 situps but now im going to increase the ammount. thanks for all youre help.
i know doing 100pushups in 10 sets is alittle but after a day training i get tired
