Tim Sylvia has spent the past two days training with Team Xtreme Couture. This in no way means he has left MFS, he is good friends with Mike Whitehead. You may or may not remember Whitehead was on TUF 2 with Matt Hughes and was part of MFS till I beleive the end of taping when he was asked to leave. Whitehead had a lack luster performance in his fight on the show and lost. He had been a favorite to win the season. Anyway, its look like Tim is in great shape and will be tearing Vera's head off-I
