Romanian Deadlifts: (getting used to these)
*didn't feel like I was doing these right, but hopefully my hammys hurt tomorrow!*
Warmed up with 2-3 minutes of jump rope, then hit the bag for 20 minutes. I tried to go non-stop but did have a few 15-20 second breaks. I really focused on my 1-2 and how it sets up other combos. I was messing around with a lot of combos including a double 1-2 and also a 1-2-1-right hook. After this I jump roped for another 2-3 minutes. I then took my heavybag inside and did some GnP with my 4oz gloves on. I focused on everything equally and did this for about 15 minutes.
