It's hard for a lot of people to really push themselves physically. If you're looking for a fun way to get yourself in shape and do some combat training, I suggest taking up Jiu-jitsu (either BJJ or JJJ) or judo. That can really help drop some weight and give some physical confidence.

oops when I said today,i meant I did 35 min. on the bike,I did 4, 5 min rounds shadow boxing,lifted a bit,went to 90 jumping jacks 4 times. Hmmm i guess I wasn't pushing hard enough before.
