Rules for Pankration Tournaments?
I've been training in pankration for about 8 months. I'm thinking of competing in pankration sometime next year. I guess you can say that I want to see if I can apply what I learned during training. I was wondering if anyone has any info about rules and the time limit for each fight. I heard that you have to fight like three times to win a tourney. Is it similar to MMA? If anyone has any info please let me know
