If you can't push yourself through a little hard running or lifting, how can you expect to push yourself through another trained fighter in front of you who doesn't want to lose either?
Obviously I don’t think you wanted him to pass out. I was just saying he really shouldn’t push himself too hard, I work out every day and I always push myself but you have to know your limits or you can seriously injure yourself, that is basically what I was trying to get across.
