Pre-Plan your week. Go to wal-mart and get a tupperware drink container and make protein shakes in the morning or night before to take with you and go.
Make a big batch of speghetti using lean meat and Whole Wheat noodles and eat on it during the week. Make a big batch of oatmeal and use it in your protein shakes.
