Straight Legged Dead Lift x10
6 Sets, 60 Second break between sets
Bicep Curls x10
Bench Press x10
Tricep Curls x10
4 Sets(60 seconds between sets)

Shadow Boxing with weights(5 minutes)
Bagwork(Combinations)(5 minutes)
Bagwork(Cardio)(3 minutes)
Sledgehammer/Tyre x10(5 each side)
Jumping Jacks/Sprawl(2 minutes)
