Incline Press(12.5kg(12), 15kg(12), 17.5kg(10),20(8kg), 25kg(6)
Upright Row(15kg(12), 25kg(12), 30kg(10), 35kg(8), 40kg(5)
Tricep Curls(Forgot what i did)
Lower Back Workout
5 Minute Jog
