Bench presses :

no help this time, training alone.

154 x 8 (1 fast(I couldnt do it proper, I would have failed, but I wanted one rep more))
148 x 7 (1 fast)
143 x 7 (1 fast)

Squat :

242 x 7
231 x 7

Hanging Shoes :

Set 1 : 12 repetition
Set 2 : 9 repetition
Set 3 : 8 repetition

Deadlift:

176 x 8
176 x 7
165 x 7

T-bar long row:

110 x 9
134 x 8
134 x 7

This time i exactly know the number of my repetition. Some of my entries have 1 rep to much I think. I have the feeling that I got already slighty better. But maybe I just wanted to beat my training log
