Point blank polygraph's cant prove that you DID anything because of the nature of the testing but they can with 99.99 accuracy prove your not lying. So lets say John states he didn’t steal a cake from the store, the test can only tell them johns body is not reacting in a way that everyone's body reacts when they are lying. But what it cant tell you is what amount of johns reaction is to being tested and the question itself. Sure they ask other questions to get a margin but when they ask the real question thats in doubt there is a bit more stress than asking john if his name is john if you get what I mean.
So in the end there is a range and if you results are anywhere near the middle the test is deemed inconclusive and near the bottom deceptive so in short I think Sean didn’t take steroids.
