Man I don't know what to say about Arroyo. I had faith in him from the beginning, and then he pulls this crap. I don't want to say he's not really injured, but the way he acted made me think he was full of crap. He shouldn't have gone to the doctor, imo. If he really wanted to stay and fight, he should have kept it quiet and, like another poster said, hope for the best and try to end it early. I honestly think Arroyo would have been capable of beating Danzig, but he wasn't right in the mind for the fight. Even if he lost to Danzig by a TKO due to a punch in the ribs, he wouldn't have looked bad because everybody would have known he was hurt. At least he'd have had the nuts to step in there with the best on the show. I was honestly disappointed by his decision, but who the hell am I to say he wasn't really hurt bad. I can't say I would have stepped in there either because I wasn't there. Weight division-wise that would be like me stepping in injured to fight Forrest Griffin. Don't know what I'd do about that. I'm just disappointed. I hope he comes back and redeems himself.
I think he should have been matched against Roman Mitchyan. The guy who was 'no pooosey' against the guy who stepped out due to injury. I bet the pre-fight interviews would have been funny. "He's a poosey, he can no fight me. He a comedian if he think he can fight me... I'm no poosey."
